At Tri County Roof Cleaners, we don’t play games with our pricing.  You won’t find 18%, 25%, 9% off coupons or in our ads.  Why?  First off, you’re not buying a product.  You’re buying a service.  So what exactly are they discounting?  Are they going to do 20% less work?  Are they going to make 20% less effort?  If you don’t like our price, hey, you don’t like the price, but I don’t want to waste your time or my time negotiating off a ridiculously high price and paying a sales guy to do so.  A sales guys who is going to be paid a commission and whose job it is to extract the most money out of your pocket.  We price our jobs fair and if you call us and the other guys, you’re going to find that their discounted price that you have to spend 20 minutes getting to is usually more than my first, best offer.

Why can we do this?

Have you ever noticed the saturation of ads by other companies?  They’re on billboards, in every magazine you open, in every mailing you get, on the radio, etc.  This all costs money, a LOT of money.  And it is done for a reason.  It is done to strengthen their brand in your mind so when you think of their service you call them.  But they don’t do it for free and all that money spent on that advertising has to be paid by someone, YOU!  A lot of our leads are by word of mouth and by the reputation we’ve spent years building.  I want people to come back because we do a good job and if for some reason we don’t we fix the problem as quickly as possible.  And if you have a problem, you’re going to call me, the owner and I’m going to take care of it, not some guy on a call desk.  That’s why we have stellar reviews.  We aren’t Perfect, but we’re damn good and we’re extremely responsive to any issues.
