The guys sprayed my roof to kill moss which was growing all over, and especially in one particular quadrant. They came on time on the appointed day and worked quickly and efficiently. They covered my shrubs around the house to protect them from any chemical drift.

The owner John Martin personally came out to our home and gave us a great quote with no hassles the first time. He is very easy to work with. His crew power washed the algae off the roof and siding as well as cleaned the gutters and removed the sticks and leaves from the roof. They even trimmed back tree limbs that were close to the house. Looks great. A white house again with no more green algae. Great job John & crew!!

We had our roof power washed by Tri County. The roof looks great after the power washing. The technicians were professional and did a great job of protecting plantings and our koi pond from any potential damage. In addition the cost was less than when the roof was cleaned 10 years ago by the same company.

Tri County was found on an online professional site, and I could not be happier. I had other companies come look at my roof as it had moss growing in a shady area, and they told me horror stories....Tri county said they had a simple solution and it was 2/3 rds the cost of what I had been quoted. Great work, on time and very honest people. Thank you Tri County.

It's been nearly two years since Tri-County Roof Cleaners rid our roof of ugly, black, and harmful algae, etc. It still looks freshly done. Our property is surrounded by many tall trees, hickory, oak, etc. Tri-County did an exceptional job of cleaning and clean-up when finished. They're cleaning method is products not harmful to our garden beds and shrubs around the home. We'll definitely use them again when our roof requires attention. A clean roof is always necessary if you want long life to such an expensive investment. We found them to be a fair-priced company with very skilled roof cleaners. We highly recommend them.

Ended up hiring these guys to treat moss on an old roof. The house had been sold and was in escrow, but the buyers were squawking because moss had grown in the shady spots of the roof. Tri County was able to come out in a couple of days and did a great job. Got down to work and got their job done with little fuss or muss. And the guys were very personable. Would hire again.

These guys really know what they are doing. My roof has never looked better and while they were at my house, I decided to have them clean my driveway and walkway. When they finished it looked like new concrete. Very fair on the pricing as well. Highly recommend.

Fast & friendly. We were worried that with a large pergola covered with 60 yr old wisteria and adjoining stone wall covered with ivy...it might be affected by the cleaning product. Thanks to Tri-county we have a clean house, garage and roof with no damage to the landscaping. Loved the fact that they wouldn't let me lift a finger to help remove alot of patio furniture, 3- 250 lb sunbrellas, fire pit, grill etc.

Very professional company. We had our roof cleaned and it made a huge difference! We were thinking we should just get a new roof, but after removing the moss and stains we realized we can probably get another 10 years out of the roof. This company is excellent, reliable, fair and honest. My roof looks new after they cleaned it and removed some moss. They don’t try to suggest doing something you don’t need. I hired Tri County Roof Cleaners to powerwash my house. My house is looking great after they were finished. I was in awe when i saw the finished results. Tri County Roof Cleaners were a life saver! A problem that the insurance company said I had with moss on my roof was causing me anguish. Tri County Roof Cleaners had their crew at my house within 4 days! They were efficient, friendly and did a great job! They followed through by faxing a report to the insurance company that satisfied the requirements for the moss removal when the job was completed. This was all done well ahead of the deadline the insurance company gave me before they would cancel my homeowner's policy! Anguish relieved!!! Thank you J. M.!!!
